Get a really good pain management doc. and have him/her check for Epstein barr syndrome. The fatigue and normal blood tests, it makes a lot os sense to me. But I am just a medical student. But it feels good to know it is not your imagination and it has a name. There are many paid testing for this but if a doctor can’t stick a pill in your mouth he wants to make it you fault. If you had an infection you would have a fever. Get some arthroscopic on the knee and that will feel better. Just go to an open minded Dr

You are having to run through a lot of hoops for a tendon that has shortened up in your kneecap. when that happens it pulls the kneecap up and into the knee making it painful to bend the knee. Here is how you can release the kneecap:
Kneecap: (Use a chair that has no cross members on it.)
While sitting start with your leg out in front of you extended out to a comfortable length. Wrap your hands around it so you leave a open working area. Place your thumbs about two inches behind your knee and press into the top middle of your leg hard and hold. Relax. After 30 seconds, slowly slide that leg back until it is pulled up under the chair as far as you can make it go. Then release the pressure but hold your leg there for one minute longer.
Be sure to keep a steady pressure on the leg while doing this especially when you slide the leg. If you don’t the release won’t work. If that happens just try it again. It will work.
That pain may have triggered other pains or helped bring them to light that they really are there. The way the body works it is sometimes hard to tell for some times you get pains that are transferred from one place to another so then start chasing your tail if you don’t look in the right place. Because you did have pains in back and neck here are the ways to release those muscles:
      For your neck:
place your hand alongside your head and push your thumb in under your ear and place it on the muscle there. Take your fingers and place them on the back of your neck on the muscles there. Press them together and hold a good amount of pressure on them. Then relax, take a deep breath and exhale. After 30 seconds you should be feeling the muscle going limp under the pressure. Continue to hold until the entire muscle has gone limp, then lean your head forward as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
      Back:
Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.
